If an administrator account is used to remove VueScan, the global registration information will be removed, otherwise the registration information for the user removing VueScan will be removed. This removes the vuescan.ini and vuescan.log files and deletes the folder they’re in (if empty). To remove VueScan on macOS or Linux, use the “Help | Remove VueScan” command while running VueScan.
To remove VueScan on Windows, use the “Apps” control panel on Windows 10 and Windows 11 or the “Add/Remove Programs” control panel on prior versions of Windows.
